Scope and Contents The pamphlet compiles testimonials and proceedings of a variety of medical organizations in Pennsylvania, New York and Massachusetts upon the death of Dr. Morton. The original Philadelphia testimonial, with signatures, is reproduced. Also included in the folder is a reproduction of an engraved picture of Dr. Morton.
